Why Tech Bashing Is Harmful

Why Tech Bashing Is Harmful

Tech bashing is harmful and deters novice programmers from becoming developers. Tech bashers are those who berate others for using the 'wrong' technology. They often mistakenly believe that their statements are self-evident - and thus do not feel compelled to offer rational arguments. As a result, instead of gaining any knowledge, the bashee is often left feeling sad, stupid, angry, or all of the above. So, next time someone tells you they are building an app in 'insert your least favorite language here', don't roll your eyes, but ask questions, give them information and, if needed, help them!
